Job Description

  • Plan and execute production to meet project delivery schedules
  • Well operational experience of Lathe, VTL, GPM, PM & HBM machines
  • Good knowledge of CNC programming
  • Ensure optimum utilization of heavy machines and manpower
  • Monitor and improve machine productivity and OE
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/NCR
  • Drive production planning, scheduling, and daily shopfloor control
  • Improve process efficiency and cycle time for critical components
  • Coordinate with Planning, QA, Maintenance, and Method teams
  • Ensure safety compliance and promote zero-incident culture
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolve shopfloor production issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
  • Monitor and control production costs and resource utilization
  • Develop team capability and ensure skill enhancement
