SAP O2C Pre-Delivery Process Lead

Position Summary
Zoetis, Inc. is the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock. The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global ERP organization plays a critical role in supporting Zoetis mission through the implementation and optimization of enterprise applications and systems platforms.
The SAP O2C Pre-Delivery Process Lead will be responsible for managing the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Pre-Delivery process within the ZICC SAP Commercial Services Team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize solutions to enhance O2C processes, ensuring that they meet the company's operational goals and business objectives across the EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Solution Design:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions to address business needs.
- Act as an internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solutions in collaboration with business partners.
- Develop, prototype, test, and implement solution improvements to enhance stability, usability, and functionality.
- Focus on improving the Order Management process and its integration with other SAP modules like Vistex, Hybris, and Service Management tools for O2C.
- O2C Process Configuration & Optimization:
- Configure document types, item categories, schedule line categories, pricing conditions, and access sequences to support O2C processes.
- Lead the design of Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP), credit management, pricing strategies, and ensure seamless integration with external platforms such as Hybris and EDI.
- Optimize O2C processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Technical Documentation & Performance Tuning:
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, user guides, release notes, and process flow diagrams.
- Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.
- Work with external vendors or partners responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within the Zoetis IT landscape.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement solutions and resolve technical challenges.

Organizational Relationships
- Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals.
- External Partners: Work with external vendors providing software or services to integrate with SAP systems.
- Project Coordination: Participate in project planning, risk assessments, and scheduling for SAP projects.
- Development Team Collaboration: Coordinate with developers to implement integration solutions and resolve technical issues.
Education and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 12+ years of SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations.
- Life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA, Vistex Modules, CRM, Hybris, Salesforce is preferred.
- Expertise in Order Management, integration with upstream planning, downstream logistics processes, and indirect sales processing.
- Experience with GATP, GTS, DMR, and Vistex.
- Knowledge of Bio Devices, Diagnostics devices, and service processes is preferred.
- Proven experience with SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in various areas, including:
- Master Data, Equipment, Material Serial Profile, Functional Location, Warranties.
- Service Notifications, Service Orders, Sales Order ATP.
- Pricing, Resource-Related Billing (RRB), Periodic and Milestone Billing.
- Customer Leasing and integration with Finance.
- Variant Configuration, SM/CS integration with CRM tools (such as SFDC).
- Hands-on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers.
- In-depth experience with Order Management, Logistics and Execution, Billing, Accounts Receivable, GATP, Foreign Trade, and EDI.
- Proficiency in managing complex configurations in SAP ECC/S/4 modules, with a strong focus on Sales, Pricing, Billing, and GTS.
Physical Position Requirements
- Location: Hyderabad, India.
- Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
- Weekend Work: Occasional weekend work required during high-priority projects or production go-live.
- Time Zone Overlap: Some overlap with EST time zone required during production go-live.
