Job Purpose
End-to-End supply chain management of respective category materials and services such as UPS, DGs, Panels (LT, HT, ACSB, ACDB, SCB), DC Work, AC Work and Sy installation and erection activities within parameters of targeted cost, quality and time, while participating in category management activities as directed by SCM Head.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Formulate the respective category procurement strategy
- Understand the site and project requirement and identify the potential vendors for same.
- Evaluate the production capacities of vendors and highlight the volumes which can be ordered on them.
- Conduct requirement planning and make the procurement plan.
- Prepare internal costing and present the same to Head Procurement.
- Identify the potential vendors for critical items.
- Consolidate / optimise category-wise spend across the Organisation
- Explore alternative sources of procurement
- Ensure compliance to the process of ReNew.
- Manage timely PO & delivery of procured Direct items and raise red flags as required
- Develop and manage vendor relationships for the respective category
- Engage with vendors on a regular/daily basis to share project specific requirement and expedite the critical items.
- Close coordination with Quality Team and Project team for seamless supplies.
- Monitor & report vendor performance and compliance with respect to contracted SLAs
- Consolidate vendor base and institute powerful vendor development processes
- Uphold ethical values in procurement dealings and operations in line with the corporate values
- Track timely Payment & LC Opening
- Coordination for LC opening.
- Ontime payment to vendors.
- Account closure with vendors.
