Manager- Procurement & Costing (Advertise, Brand & Packaging Industry)only

Ø Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for branding, packaging, printing, fabrication, and project materials.
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, printers, fabricators, and production partners.
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms for project requirements.
• Coordinate with Client Servicing, Production, Design, Operations, and Project teams.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for store branding, signage, packaging, VM, and activation projects.
• Handle purchase orders, quotations, vendor comparisons, and procurement records.
• Monitor inventory, material usage, and project costs.
• Maintain procurement MIS, vendor database, and cost reports.
• Ensure quality, delivery timelines, and project execution compliance.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of experience in Advertising, Branding, Packaging, Retail Branding, Fabrication, or Signage industry.
