- Support the process of gathering information from our CMO s to facilitate our reporting requirements. This will entail coordinating internal resources, designing data collection systems and working with our sustainability reporting team.
- Support capability building across the CMO network.
- Define clear, measurable sustainability targets for the CMO network.
- Develop a performance management structure to measure and reward change.
- Ensure ESG clauses are in CMO contracts.
- Drive the decarbonization transition and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) creation with our CMOs.
- Establish a close relationship with Tech and Supply Chain to priorities data collection projects, align resources and deliver against our sustainability ambition.
- Develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy for the CMO network that aligns with the company's overall business commitments.
- Establish roles and responsibilities for key stakeholders involved in sustainability efforts.
- Develop and implement sustainability policies and guidelines for the CMO network.
- Help to shape the procurement category strategy of key high impacting sustainability materials. Supporting procurement category managers to identify alternative materials, suppliers and embed as part of longer-term purchasing strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
- University degree (or equivalent) in a relative field (Science or Technical).
- 2 years of total procurement or sustainability experience.
- Work experience in sustainability related topics.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating through organizational complexity, collaborating simultaneously with multiple teams, influencing without authority, handling escalations and associated business impact.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managing global projects would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of market drivers effecting category; strong commitment to keeping abreast of trends.
