What You'll Do
In this highly visible position, the primary responsibility will be effective implementation and maintenance of IATF 16949, EQMS, Process quality assurance and customer specific requirements.
- Continual improvement of QMS through internal audits, corrective and preventive actions.
- Manufacturing processes quality control and products quality control, reduce customer complaint, scrap and rework and maintenance of IATF 16949.
- QMS improvement by annual review of work processes/procedures/SIPOCs.
- Preparation of internal audit plan for process, product and QMS.
- Execution of internal audit plan, preparing and keep updating EQMS summary.
- Drive corrective actions and its horizontal deployment throughout the value stream.
- Report opportunities for improvement based on analysis of factual data such as SPC, audit results, internal concerns, capability indices, etc.
- Completes the daily, weekly, monthly report or other reports required from company or department, include PPAP, SPC, improvement action, scrap, operation report.
- Training of QMS to all functions
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering, technical or other related discipline.
- 10 /15 Years experience in maintenance of Quality Management System (IATF 16949 and quality function (Preferably Gear Manufacturing Industry). Extensive knowledge and experience with AIAG Core Tools (SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP & MSA) preferred.

- Problem solving thru 8-D using Fishbone, FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) & Why-Why analysis, knowledge of Six Sigma preferred
