Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Design and implement programs to improve experience metrics, focusing on NPS or operational metrics.
  2. Own key aspects of user experience for marketplace participants (entrepreneurs, customers, suppliers).
  3. Collaborate with product teams to influence product development with data and insights.
  4. Ensure successful program execution by managing internal and external stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Advocate for better user experience in the strategy-building process and the programs you manage.
  2. Drive program adherence and address edge cases with suboptimal outcomes in operational processes.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and improve overall process efficiency.
  4. Engage Meesho leadership as active stakeholders in driving solutions for your programs.
