Manager-Process Design

Key Deliverables:

• Govern end-to-end process design standards, ensuring compliance with policy, legislation, and SoD
• Drive strategic design decisions and act as SME for People function transformation initiatives
• Lead business improvement initiatives to deliver efficiency, cost savings, and improved experience
• Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance colleague-facing processes

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with People, Transformation, and Analytics teams to align processes with enterprise goals
• Ensure integrity and standardization of process architecture via ARIS and related frameworks
• Support deployment teams with process knowledge during change implementation
• Coach and lead a high-performing team to deliver transformation goals
