How will you make an impact in this role


The Manager, Process and Controls is a key member of CoDO, responsible for strengthening operational excellence and ensuring compliance across data risk, vendor, and control processes. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning, this role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize CoDO business process documentation and annual SOP refreshes
  • Evaluate processes with a risk-focused lens to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to implement process enhancements
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, helping address Operational Risk Events
  • Support PRSA/RCSA assessments and testing
  • Drive GCS and Technology engagement in SOC-1 audit activities and validate data-related controls
  • Manage communication and distribution of SOC-1 compliance reports
  • Oversee Third Party Life Cycle Management (TLM), including contract renewals and ongoing oversight
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in data, risk management, compliance, or product development
  • Strong risk and control mindset with the ability to develop creative, practical solutions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, from issue identification through recommendations
  • Experience managing project plans for complex data or compliance initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; confident presenting to senior leaders
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization
  • Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Project Management experience preferred
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
