About the Role

Gurukul The School is seeking a dynamic, polished, and professionally presentable Manager – PRO, Communication & Parent Relations who will play a key role in strengthening the institution's parent engagement, communication systems, public relations, and front office coordination.

The role requires a highly organized and communication-driven professional capable of managing stakeholder relationships, institutional representation, administrative coordination, and parent experience while ensuring alignment with the school's culture, professionalism, and operational standards.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Parent Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and visitors
  • Professionally handle parent queries, concerns, feedback, and communication
  • Ensure a seamless parent experience aligned with institutional standards
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, orientations, and support interactions

Public Relations & Institutional Communication

  • Manage day-to-day institutional communication and front-facing interactions
  • Support the school's branding, public image, and professional representation
  • Coordinate communication drafts, circulars, notices, and stakeholder messaging
  • Maintain consistency in communication etiquette and institutional tone

Front Office & Administrative Operations

  • Supervise front office operations, visitor management, and reception protocols
  • Ensure smooth coordination between parents, admissions, administration, and academic departments
  • Maintain records, databases, communication logs, and reporting systems
  • Oversee hospitality standards and institutional reception experience

Admissions & Coordination Support

  • Support admissions inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination processes
  • Guide prospective parents through institutional processes professionally
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely information flow and resolution of queries

Digital & Technology-Enabled Operations

  • Manage digital communication platforms, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Utilize technology and AI-enabled productivity tools for operational efficiency
  • Support process monitoring, documentation, and communication workflows

Institutional Culture & Professional Standards

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, discipline, confidentiality, and institutional ethics
  • Represent the values and culture of the institution in all stakeholder interactions
  • Contribute towards building a positive, responsive, and growth-oriented organizational environment
