Job Description

  • Lead the management of private equity portfolios, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
  • Develop and execute investment strategies to maximise returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate investment performance to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and attract new investors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Support team members in achieving project milestones and organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Private Equity should have:

  • A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Must be a Qualified CA and should have experience in Financial reporting, US GAAP and consolidation.
  • 7-10 years of post qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in private equity, financial analysis, and investment management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A keen understanding of the banking and financial services sector.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on investment opportunities.
