- Experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting in a high-growth company, preferably within the service industry. Knowledge of pricing will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Advanced/Expert financial modelling skills in MS Excel. Familiarity with macros (like making basic edits) will be a plus.
- Well versed in using complex financial models in excel, resource and labour planning, business analysis, business process consulting, and management consulting to inform key business decisions.
- Must be highly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detail as well as possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated and should be able to work well under pressure on multiple assignments with limited supervision within assigned deadlines.
- Must be able to analyse and synthesize information from a multitude of sources; develop appropriate recommendations and effectively communicate complex information orally and in a written form to all levels of management.
- Must be able to maintain confidential information.
- Must be able to exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of an assignment and have the ability to diagnose a complex functional area's strengths and weaknesses and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Must be self-motivated and should be able to work well under pressure on multiple assignments with limited supervision within assigned deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills: ability to manage large, complex projects throughout the project life cycle and manage project teams on tight time frames
- Ability to own and manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including presenting and clarifying trade-offs to leadership team about prioritization and feasibility of initiatives
- Ability to diagnose, justify and present issues clearly to senior management and pro-actively propose solutions with minimal supervision
- Experience with data analysis and reporting and working knowledge of data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.
- Shift Timing: Shift working – 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST.
