Job Description

  1. Ensure the SLA and KPI Targets as specified by the client are met consistently
  2. Demonstrate strong process knowledge and lead process changes/improvement with an end-to-end understanding of the Product Conduct huddles/training for process areas

Required Candidate profile

  • 04 - 06 Yrs leadership exp. US Mortgage Income Calculations; Pre Purchase Review; Credit Report
  • Span control would range from 80 to 200 employees including SMEs, QAs,
