Location: Bangalore, India

Job Summary: Embark's Corporate marketing team is looking for a PR & Events Manager to lead external communications and brand visibility initiatives. The role will work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to build a strong external narrative, manage public relations, and drive high-impact events aligned with business objectives.

In this job you are accountable for:
As part of the Corporate Brand team, you will be responsible for driving external communications and brand visibility through PR and events.
You will work with leadership across verticals to understand business priorities and translate them into effective PR and event strategies.
You will be responsible for managing PR agencies to drive media outreach, press coverage, and thought leadership opportunities.
You will oversee the planning and execution of events including industry conferences, round-tables, and brand-led initiatives in collaboration with event partners.
You will ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all external communication channels in line with the organization's brand guidelines.
You will manage end-to-end delivery of PR campaigns and events, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business goals.
You will work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment on communication and event objectives.
You will be responsible for tracking performance and impact of PR initiatives and events, and sharing insights with leadership.
Managing legal and financial procedures of vendors and agencies in line with company processes.

Experience relevant for this job
1012 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or event marketing at blue chip corporates or in leading PR/event agencies.
Experience working in consulting, professional services, or B2B environments is preferred.
Experience managing PR agencies and large-scale corporate events is essential.

Operational skills relevant for this job
Strong understanding of public relations strategy and media engagement.
Experience in planning and managing corporate events and industry engagements.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outcomes within timelines.
Experience in vendor and agency management.
Good understanding of brand guidelines and communication consistency.

Educational Qualifications
MBA in Marketing / Communications or Masters in Media, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
