Manager – Power Platform:

  • Experience: 6–8 Years.

  • Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 Days from office + 2 Days from Home).

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Power Platform with 6–8 years of overall IT experience and 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses on technical leadership, platform ownership, governance, and strategic enablement, without direct people management responsibilities.

The Manager – Power Platform acts as the custodian of the Power Platform capability, responsible for defining standards, driving adoption, ensuring high-quality solution delivery, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to enable automation, low‑code, and AI‑enabled solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and adoption across the organization.

• Define and maintain platform standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and compliance of all Power Platform solutions.

• Act as the technical authority and decision point for Power Platform‑related initiatives.

• Provide technical oversight for solutions built using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

• Review solution designs and guide teams on complex architectures, integrations, and optimization approaches.

• Drive adoption of Copilot‑assisted development, automation, and AI capabilities within the platform.

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data, and IT standards.

• Define and enforce ALM best practices, including environments, solutions, and deployment strategies.

• Establish and govern Power Platform governance frameworks, including environments, DLP policies, security roles, and access controls.

• Oversee Managed Environments, monitoring, capacity usage, and overall platform health.

• Contribute to or support Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation, digitization, and AI opportunities.

• Translate business objectives into a prioritized Power Platform delivery roadmap.

• Build rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate ideas with stakeholders.

• Present platform value, designs, risks, and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Support complex production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model‑driven Apps).

• Advanced experience with Power Automate, including complex workflows and integrations.

• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security roles, and performance considerations.

• Practical experience with Copilot‑assisted development and Copilot Studio / conversational AI solutions.

• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and solution‑based deployment strategies.

• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, DLP policies, security, and compliance within Power Platform.

• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Azure services, and external systems.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and architectural decision‑making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.

• Ability to independently translate non‑technical business requirements into scalable platform and solution designs.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, or advanced Copilot integrations.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform (Azure DevOps or GitHub).

• Experience enabling and governing citizen developer programs.

• Microsoft certifications such as PL‑200, PL‑400, or PL‑600.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
