Minimum qualification B Tech in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Experience 10 Years in Telecom or Data Center Large Facilities operation & Maintenance
Key Responsibilities -
1.Planning and implementation of Facility O&M Programs
2.Ensuring compliance with the legal requirements in relation to operation of power and HVAC plants.
3.Coordination billing and related invoice activities.
4.Facilitating/participating in Strategic Planning Activities in relation to Power and HVAC requirements
5.Ensuring proper inventory and management of Facility Assets
6.Manage AMC/CAMC vendor SLA performance by
7.Team management all Pay aspects related to diverse and multi locational teams
8.Ensuring occupational and workplace safety in the PNIS operations
9.Coordination with electricity authorities and DISCOM supply providers, Preparation of External audits ISO45K, ISO14K ISO27K, TL9000. Statutory compliance by various regulator / government authorities
10.Coordination with internal stakeholders, WSS, P&E, TCTS
11.Achieve operation excellence and energy saving, reducing breakdown
12.Management of Electrical power include, electricity contract demand management,
13.ensuring 100% power uptime for critical servers,
14.Dual power to all critical servers to avoid single point of failure.
15.Operation and Maintenance of HVAC system
16.Cooling Capacity upgradation as per network growth to meet the business objectives. Ensuring 100% cooling uptime for critical servers
17.Periodic site meetings and MIS reports and 52 weeks PPM calendar adherence
18.Supervision & handling of workforce and liaison with vendors & statutory authorities
19.Perform any other task related to his job.
20.Must have a good knowledge of data Centre and telecom business.
21.Energy efficiency management by ensuing optimal usages and state of art equipment for best operating performance.
22.Equipment optimal usage to get more than 95% efficiency to achieve PUE < 1.75 & HVACUE> 1-.75.
23.Safety management by ensuing all safety policy, processes, and procedure adherence at each individual level.
24.Report the Incident and emergencies as per process and take necessary steps, RCA/CAPA review
25.Ensure all complaints are attended and closed in agreed TAT
26.Prepare and submit the MOP/WMS to all critical maintenance to raise the PE on time
27.Display an extremely high level of
organizational skills and display honesty
and integrity.
28.Sound knowledge of telecom and data Centre related MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) and Security / safety products

1.Sound Technical Knowledge on 33 KV / 22KV/ 11KV High Voltage Electrical Setup
2.Power and Distribution Transformer,
3.Vacuum / SF6 type HT breakers and LT type Air Circuit breakers,
4.HT / LT Type Automatic Transfer Swich (ATS),
5.HT /LT DG sets.,
6.HVAC systems High-Capacity chillers ( up to 1000TR capacity),
7.High-Capacity UPS system,
8.Precision Air-conditioning System,
9.SMPS / DC power supply systems,
10.High-capacity battery banks,
11.Safety and security systems including Novac 1230 / FM200 /FE 227 systems,
12.BMS ( Building Management Systems)
