The Team

Our DTS team provides following services to clients:

Data & Applied Intelligence - Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.

Product and Innovation - Empowering clients to innovate, develop, and launch products that drives growth and competitive advantage.

Technology M&A and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A, integrations and carve-outs.

Technology Transformation - A&M helps clients create a scalable, cost-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities.

How You Will Contribute

We are looking for a PowerApps & Visualization Developer to join our team and play a key role in how our business users and clients work.

  • You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on the Microsoft Power Platform and create impactful data visualizations using Power BI. This role involves integrating applications with Azure and SQL Server, building automated workflows, and delivering analytics solutions that drive business efficiency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and build model-driven and canvas PowerApps. Create and optimize workflows using Power Automate.
  • Integrate PowerApps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure services.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize DAX queries and data models to support advanced analytics and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures and complex queries.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing applications and dashboards.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Power Platform and visualization best practices

Qualifications


  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • 6 - 11 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate and visualization using PowerBI
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including writing and optimizing stored procedures.
  • Solid experience with Power BI, including DAX queries, data modeling, dashboard/report design, and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, etc.).
  • Experience in ADF, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
