Resonia (Erstwhile Sterlite Power) is hiring for -Manager - Policy Advocacy

Location- Gurgaon (Haryana)

Exp- 7 years -12 years of exp

Role Summary- Working extensively on policy advocacy issues and contributing to policy advocacy efforts of SPTL at central and state level

Essential-

1. 7+ yrs of total experience

2. External focus/ experience with govt bodies, industry, forums etc

3. Basic understanding of power sector

Desire-

Key relationships at government bodies

Policy developments related to Power sector

Min 4-5 yrs of relevant experience in power transmission sector / Power Sector.

Technical know-how about power transmission

KRA-

1. Deep dive analytical research of critical policies and regulations domestic and global

2. Working closely and managing relationships with Industry, Ministry of Power, CEA, CTU, REC, PFC

3. Working closely with Regulatory bodies

4. Passion and energy around building strong relationship with policy customers

5. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and ability to align internal stakeholders around policy initiatives that are critical for future success of the business

6. Awareness about the important changes in Policy at State & Central Level

7. Ability to work with business leaders and represent company at various forums, seminars, conferences etc and Traveling to States, Leading industry, forums, relationships, analytics and reports
