Job Description

Responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate program/function review meetings in alignment with the set review

calendar.

Regularly monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or delays.

Ensure adherence to defined timelines and work with teams to implement corrective actions as

needed.

Prepare and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and status updates for PMO review.

Coordinate with concerned teams for setting up a central repository.

Maintain and update program repositories, review documents, and key performance indicators

(KPIs) in the central database.

Requirements:

Excellent cross-functional team coordination skills.

Knowledge of program review mechanisms and review cycles.

Proficient in documentation, report writing, and action tracking.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

3 - 7 years of experience in management consulting / founder's office

Master's degree in management
