How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have:
- Graduate or Masters in engineering with 15 plus years of relevant project management experience, leading complex initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing financial and operational KPIs.
- Expertise in risk management and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- Deep knowledge of relevant markets and business practices.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders.
Nice-To-Have:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Understanding of global market trends and cross-cultural communication.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
