About the Role

We are looking for a driven professional to lead sales and partnerships across emerging digital platforms such as CRED, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and similar ecosystems. The role focuses on unlocking new revenue streams for our range of mobile accessories (earphones, headphones, TWS, etc.) through strategic collaborations and platform-led commerce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Partnerships & Onboarding

* Identify, pitch, and onboard new sales channels (fintech apps, loyalty platforms, reward ecosystems, super apps).

* Build and manage relationships with key platforms (e.g., CRED Store, Paytm Mini Store, PhonePe Switch, etc.).

* Negotiate commercial terms, campaigns, and visibility.

2. Sales Growth & Revenue Ownership

* Own revenue targets for alternate platforms.

* Plan and execute sales campaigns (festive drops, exclusives, bundles).

* Monitor performance and optimize conversion rates.

3. Campaign & Category Management

* Design platform-specific offers (cashbacks, coins, rewards, member-only deals).

* Work with internal teams to align pricing, inventory, and promotions.

* Launch new SKUs tailored to platform audiences.

4. Data & Performance Tracking

* Analyze platform data (CTR, conversion, AOV, repeat purchase).

* Share insights and recommendations to improve sales.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

* Work with supply chain, marketing, and product teams.

* Ensure timely inventory planning and campaign readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3–7 years experience in:

* E-commerce / D2C / platform partnerships

* OR fintech / loyalty / rewards ecosystems

* Strong understanding of:

* Consumer electronics or mobile accessories category

* Online merchandising & campaign planning

* Experience working with platforms like CRED, Paytm, PhonePe, or similar is a big plus

* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

* Data-driven mindset (Excel, dashboards, performance tracking)

Preferred Background

* Experience in brands selling on:

* Loyalty/rewards platforms

* Flash-sale or member-only commerce ecosystems

* Prior exposure to fintech commerce or super apps

* Startup or high-growth environment experience

KPIs / Success Metrics

* Revenue from alternate platforms

* Number of active platform partnerships

* Campaign ROI & conversion rates

* Inventory sell-through rate

* Repeat purchase / customer acquisition metrics
