Job Description

  • Project Execution:
    • Oversee construction activities as per project schedule and drawings.
    • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
    • Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to construction quality standards, specifications, and industry best practices.
    • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure rectification of deviations.
    • Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory norms, and internal SOPs.
  • Site Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Design, Procurement, and QS teams.
    • Facilitate timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower on site.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
    • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and regular team meetings.
  • Cost & Resource Management:
    • Monitor resource utilization to control wastage and manage costs.
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, contractor bills, and material reconciliations.
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
    • Ensure strict implementation of HSE policies on-site.
    • Identify and mitigate safety risks in coordination with the safety officer.
