Job Profile: The Manager Placement will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all placement-related activities and events. This role ensures smooth conduction of campus drives, guest lectures, and other industry engagement initiatives, supporting the university's objective of maximizing student placement outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end placement drives, including campus and off-campus recruitment events, along with other Training & Placement (T&P) activities.
Organize and facilitate guest lectures, industry workshops, seminars, and corporate interactions to enhance students professional exposure.
Liaise with companies, recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and successful execution of placement events.
Conduct company profiling and analysis prior to approval for campus recruitment drives.
Coordinate with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) for effective execution of recruitment activities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of placement drives and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of placement drives, student participation, industry interactions, and recruitment outcomes for reporting and analysis.
Address and resolve student grievances related to placement processes in a timely and professional manner.
Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to manage full-day recruitment drives and extended working hours when required.
Collaborate with faculty members and student coordinators to ensure student preparedness and active participation in recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Preferably 4-8 years of experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI other data management tools with strong learning ability and adaptability.
