We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Paid Media Manager who lives inside Google Ads and Meta Ads someone who treats ROAS like a religion and can scale campaigns without burning budget. If you know the difference between a bad creative and a bad audience, this is for you.
What you'll own
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube and Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
Manage monthly ad budgets with a clear mandate on CAC, ROAS, and CPL targets
Run structured A/B tests creatives, audiences, landing pages and document learnings
Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel
Deliver weekly performance dashboards and monthly insight reports to stakeholders
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad assets
What we need
3+ yrs in performance marketing
Google Ads certified (preferred)
Meta Blueprint certified (preferred)
Hands-on with GA4 + GTM
Comfort with Excel / Sheets for analysis
Strong grasp of attribution models
