We're looking for a Manager - Performance Marketing (Supply)

Snabbit is India's first Quick-Service App delivering home services in just 10 minutes through a hyperlocal network of trained and verified professionals. We're looking for an SEO Manager who can turn organic search into a compounding growth engine for Snabbit - building scalable systems, raising the bar on search excellence, and driving high-intent demand at scale.

The Opportunity

This role is the backbone of Snabbit's supply side growth at Snabbit.

You will own website-led performance marketing for expert onboarding, from generating high-quality leads to building structured lead-nurture systems that convert intent into active, high-quality experts on the platform.

This is not just a run ads role. You will design funnels, define processes, work deeply with ops, product, CRM, and city teams, and ensure every lead is systematically nurtured, tracked, and converted.

To scale our supply engine, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can build and own Snabbit's expert acquisition and lead nurture engine end-to-end.

What You'll Do

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Own website-led paid acquisition for expert onboarding across channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
  • Build and scale high-intent lead funnels for different expert categories, cities, and supply cohorts.
  • Continuously optimize CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates not just volume.
  • Design landing pages, forms, and flows in collaboration with Product & Design to maximize conversion.

Lead Nurture & Funnel Ownership

  • Build and own end-to-end lead nurture systems: from first touch to activation.
  • Work closely with CRM (WhatsApp, SMS, calls) to ensure no lead drops.
  • Define lead scoring, routing, and prioritization logic with ops and city teams.
  • Improve conversion from lead onboarded expert active expert.

Measurement, Systems & Process Building

  • Own dashboards and reporting across the full funnel: leads, qualified leads, onboarded experts, activation, and CAC.
  • Set up clear attribution and visibility across marketing, ops, and supply teams.
  • Build scalable playbooks, SOPs, and processes so the system works beyond manual follow-ups.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Ops, Supply, Product, CRM, Analytics, and City teams.
  • Act as the single point of ownership for expert lead flow and conversion.
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks in the funnel and drive fixes with stakeholders.

Experimentation & Scale

  • Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging, and nurture flows.
  • Launch and scale new acquisition ideas and channels for expert onboarding.
  • Continuously raise the bar on lead quality and cost efficiency as Snabbit expands to new cities.

What we're looking for

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation - preferably in marketplaces, consumer tech, or hyperlocal platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience in website lead generation and funnel optimization.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling lead conversion systems, not just top-of-funnel volume.
  • Comfortable working across paid media, landing pages, CRM, ops processes, and analytics.
  • Deeply data-driven: strong with dashboards, funnels, conversion metrics, and CAC analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills you can align marketing, ops, and product toward one outcome.
  • Builder mindset: you enjoy creating structure, systems, and scalable processes from scratch.
  • High ownership, clarity of thought, and comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments.
