Experience in AMS, Quick Commerce, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) & Amazon DSP is mandatory. Only candidates with 6-10+ years of relevant experience should apply.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Manager-Performance Marketing (E-Commerce & Quick Commerce), to lead performance-driven growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms, including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Milk Basket.

The role requires strong expertise in marketplace performance marketing, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Amazon DSP, growth strategy, and client lifecycle management, with complete ownership of brand growth, account expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue delivery. The candidate should possess excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across E-commerce & Q-commerce platforms.
• Lead Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, Quick Commerce Ads, Amazon DSP, and AMC-driven performance strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, ROAS improvement, and profitability for assigned client brands.
• Manage large ad budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and strong performance outcomes.
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs Revenue, ROAS, ACoS/TACoS, CVR, CTR, and traffic growth.
• Own end-to-end project responsibility including brand expansion, growth planning, and performance roadmap creation.
• Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives, driving account expansion and incremental revenue.
• Manage client relationships, performance reviews, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships.
• Ensure smooth billing cycles, timely invoicing, and payment collections from clients.
• Collaborate with catalog, content, design, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage team members.
• Deliver high-impact presentations, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership with clear articulation and storytelling.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 610+ years of experience in E-commerce & Quick Commerce performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads, AMC, Amazon DSP, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, and Q-commerce platforms.
• Excellent presentation, articulation, and client-facing communication skills.
• Proven experience in account growth, client management, and revenue ownership.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills.
