Role Overview

We are looking for a senior digital marketing professional who can operate as a self-sufficient, high-accountability team member who drives outcomes without relying on large support structures. This is not a committee role; it is a role for someone who picks up challenges independently, makes bold decisions, and moves with pace and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Design and own the CI's comprehensive marketing strategy across all functions and geographies.
  • Partner with the CEO, C-suite, and global leadership to align marketing with revenue growth, new market expansion, and commercial objectives.
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing budget planning, forecasting, and ROI measurement at group level.
  • Drive multi-market go-to-market strategies for CI across GCC, EMEA, APAC, balancing global consistency with regional nuance.

Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and X with a relentless focus on lead quality, ROAS efficiency, and conversion optimisation.
  • Manage multi-million dollar annual media budgets and streamline campaign portfolios for maximum ROI with minimal wastage.
  • Own full-funnel optimisation: awareness through acquisition through retention, connecting channels for compounding results.

SEO, SEM & Digital Ecosystem

  • Own the company's digital ecosystem: website strategy, SEO/SEM, landing page optimisation, and UX.
  • Oversee Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and related analytics infrastructure — ensuring data integrity and actionable reporting.

Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage internal marketing teams across creative, performance, content, and communications functions.
  • Set up systems, workflows, and quality standards to ensure brand consistency and high-quality delivery at scale.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, managing the entire marketing funnel end-to-end.
  • Proven track record operating independently in lean, high-accountability environments, and demonstrable ownership mentality with the ability to make decisions, stand behind them, and bring stakeholders along with clear reasoning.
  • Deep hands-on technical depth in campaign execution, analytics, and tool proficiency — not agency-reliant.
  • Multi-market experience across EMEA, APAC, or Africa in senior marketing roles.
