We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager – Performance to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio across Bangalore and Mumbai markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing sales, digital advertising, and client acquisition.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to drive revenue through performance-driven advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage new clients for performance marketing solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through performance campaigns across mobile and web platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and advertisers.
- Understand client objectives and provide customized digital advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with internal media, operations, and account management teams for campaign execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital advertising, adtech, media sales, or performance marketing sales.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPC, CPM, and performance marketing models.
- Existing relationships with agencies, brands, and advertisers will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
