• Shift timing – 6 am to 3 pm & 2 PM to 11 PM

Key asks for the role:

• Lead and manage a QA organization of 16+ engineers while driving delivery excellence.
• Provide technical leadership on automation strategy, framework architecture, and quality engineering practices.
• Drive end-to-end test automation across Web, Mobile, API, and backend systems.
• Own automation framework modernization, scalability, and maintainability initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with onsite stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Support resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery management activities.

Must have skills:

• This role is a blend of technical expertise and people management.
• Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring technical QA teams.
• Experience managing large teams in a matrixed enterprise environment.

Technical Expertise in below:

• Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, and Docker-based automation.
• Mobile Testing, including XCUITest for iOS automation.
• API Testing and REST API validation experience with automation frameworks.
• Designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership skills
