About the Position

The Manager People and Culture will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance organizational culture, ensuring employee engagement, and supporting the overall growth and success of BharatCares. This role involves driving HR strategy, building a positive work environment, and aligning people practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Engagement

• Develop initiatives to promote a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
• Design and implement employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
• Recognize and reward employee contributions to reinforce organizational values

Talent Management & Development

• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback
• Identify training and development needs; facilitate learning and skill enhancement programs
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee HR policies, procedures, and best practices for compliance and efficiency
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Maintain HR records, data reporting, and analytics to support decision-making

Employee Relations & Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters
• Resolve employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution
• Promote well-being initiatives and foster positive workplace relationships

Mandatory Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, and people management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and talent management practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
