Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for China and Singapore and Dubai for a workforce of 500+ employees.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve concerns related to payroll processing and taxation.
  • Possess strong knowledge of payroll accounting, statutory compliance requirements, return filings.
  • Manage Group Insurance renewals and validating endorsement copies and CD balance.
  • Provide support for internal audits and statutory audits by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain payroll-related trackers, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments and special projects based on business needs.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 57 years of experience in managing international payroll operations
  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Working knowledge of HRMS/employee benefits platforms
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
