Role Overview:
As a Client Servicing Specialist in our Partnerships and Alliances team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with key partners, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and driving measurable growth in partner performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Client Relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners, eg Myntra, Nykaa, WoW, etc
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure our partners are happy by ensuring we are able to deliver the KPIs and GMV goals, resolving issues timely, finding new marketing ideas and strategies etc. The net goal is that we should be able to retain our partners, get more budget, get great offers, get branding budgets etc.
Drive Partnership Growth
- Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies, eg planning for big sale events, sync with marketing teams on their asks and manage a win-win.
- Implement marketing campaigns to achieve goals for partners like Myntra. Create strong communication and reporting channels.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Regularly review client performance metrics and provide insights to enhance sales. Data should explain what worked, what didnt work, how we can improve impact etc.
- Create and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing teams at CashKaro and EarnKaro to drive maximum sales.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support client GMV targets.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends
- Keep abreast of industry developments to offer innovative solutions and strategies.
