Role – Manager (Treasury & Banking)

About the Role

Manage banking transactions such as loan disbursements, repayments, LC/BG issuance, Non-LC Bills (Domestic & Export), and daily fund movements. Prepare bank proposals, CMA Data, and visit banks for commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Maintained daily and monthly MIS Report, Bank reconciliation.
• Monitor and manage Forex Banking like Letter of Credit (L/C), Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.), Bills Discounting by making Bill of Exchange (BOE).
• Daily Inward Remittance and projections on a weekly basis.
• To preparation and co-ordinate for the bank's reports and funding requests including CMA Data and project reports.
• Prepare financial models, CMA data, and TEV reports for project funding and viability assessment.
• Conduct due diligence and analyse credit ratings for financing proposals.
• Perform project financing analysis, including funding structure and risk evaluation.
• Develop MIS reports and dashboards for financial monitoring and decision-making.
• Coordinate with banks and institutions for loan processing, disbursement, and compliance.

Qualifications: CA / MBA - Finance (full time) with 8-12 years relevant experience in manufacturing company, preferably with SAP working.
