Manager - Outreach (Sports Vertical)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager - Outreach (Sports Vertical) at the Aditya Birla Education Trust. The selected candidate will lead outreach activities to promote sports-related programs and initiatives, manage relationships with external stakeholders, and ensure effective communication across diverse channels. Responsibilities include planning and executing public relations campaigns, leading community engagement efforts, overseeing project activities, and developing strategic partnerships to expand reach and impact.

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to engage stakeholders effectively and craft impactful messaging.
• Proven expertise in Project Management and organizational abilities to plan, implement, and monitor outreach initiatives.
• Experience in Sales and developing partnerships to drive program growth and participation.
• Community Outreach experience with the ability to connect with diverse groups and create meaningful engagement opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment and align with the vision of the organization.
• A passion for sports and promoting wellness programs is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Sports Management, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.
