Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance & EPM Manager to join our APAC team. This is a regional, hands-on role supporting our Finance technology landscape across APAC. You will work closely with Finance, Finance BI and Technology teams to support, improve and deliver Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and EPM solutions across a complex, multi-country environment. The role covers the full lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and designing solutions through configuration, testing, implementation, go-live and ongoing operational support.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide hands-on support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
- Support Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly FCCS and EPBCS.
- Configure, enhance and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and EPM solutions.
- Work with Finance and Finance BI teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion and EPM solutions.
- Support integrations, interfaces, security roles and regional system requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, working with Global IT and external service providers where required.
- Coordinate UAT, releases, go-live and post-go-live support for system changes and enhancements.
- Support Oracle Fusion Finance and EPM projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve Finance processes through better use of Oracle Fusion and EPM.
- Train and support Finance users across APAC.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline. Professional certification in Accounting or Finance would be an advantage.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with FCCS and EPBCS.
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance knowledge, including solution design, configuration, security roles and issue resolution.
- Good understanding of Finance processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Experience supporting Oracle solutions across multiple countries in a large, complex and multi-currency environment.
- Experience in localised ERP transformation would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage when collaborating with Chinese counterparts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Finance, IT and business teams.
- Experience with data management, Excel, BI Publisher or reporting tools, and exposure to logistics or container terminal operations systems, would be an advantage.
