Lead the administration, enhancement, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, ensuring the platform is optimized and aligned with business needs.
Manage and guide a team of Oracle EBS functional and technical consultants, providing mentorship and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Oracle EBS solutions.
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and new modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.).
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for Oracle EBS solutions, translating them into effective configurations and customizations.
Provide hands-on support for Oracle EBS applications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and rapid resolution of any issues.
Manage the performance, scalability, and security of the Oracle EBS environment, ensuring it meets enterprise requirements and follows best practices.
Oversee system integration of Oracle EBS with other enterprise applications and third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless operations.
Define and implement Oracle EBS system architecture, guiding the team to follow best practices and design principles.
Monitor and optimize Oracle EBS performance, including database tuning, user access management, and system configurations.
Drive the testing and deployment of Oracle EBS solutions, working with quality assurance teams to ensure robust functionality and data integrity.
Ensure compliance with internal control, security, and regulatory requirements in the management of Oracle EBS applications.
Coordinate and manage the entire project lifecycle for Oracle EBS implementation, upgrades, and support projects.
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Oracle EBS solutions.
Stay current on the latest developments, trends, and best practices related to Oracle E-Business Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with at least [Y] years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in Oracle EBS security management, including user roles, profiles, and permissions.
