AB InBev is looking for a high-potential Manager or Senior Manager with a strong technology foundation and an aspiration to grow into a techno-business leadership role over time. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong data and logical problem-solving skills with a hands-on development mindset, while also being ready to lead delivery across business stakeholders and vendor teams. The individual will manage and transform reporting capabilities, shape scalable automation solutions, and remain closely involved in solution design and development using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot technologies. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build both technical depth and business leadership credibility within AB InBev.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of reporting processes and solutions to improve visibility, accuracy, scalability, and decision-making across business functions.
- Own the design and evolution of automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners.
- Remain hands-on in solution design and development, contributing directly to architecture thinking, coding, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
- Lead and guide vendor teams to deliver high-quality solutions, while establishing clear standards for execution, quality, scalability, and knowledge transfer.
- Apply strong analytical thinking and logic to solve complex process, data, reporting, and workflow challenges in a structured and outcome-driven manner.
- Build reusable frameworks, governance practices, and scalable operating models that enable broader adoption of reporting and automation solutions across teams.
- Align strongly and locally adapt to India BU with global leading practices at AB Inbev and contribute to the same over time
- Demonstrate leadership potential by balancing technical delivery with business understanding, and by contributing to AB InBev's longer-term digital and transformation agenda.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 6 to 10 years of experience in software development, automation, analytics, digital product delivery, or related technology roles, with readiness for a Manager or Senior Manager position.
- Strong development foundation with experience in full-stack development or strong programming capability in Python , JAVA , .NET others; hands-on coding ability is essential.
- Deep comfort with data, logic, structured problem-solving, and building reliable, scalable technical solutions.
- Exposure to or interest in machine learning, intelligent automation, AI-enabled applications, and modern digital solutioning approaches.
- Willingness and ability to build deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot, while bringing strong engineering discipline into that environment.
- Strong ability to work with business leaders and cross-functional teams, converting business needs into hands-on technical solutions that can be scaled effectively.
- Experience managing or guiding external vendors, implementation partners, or distributed delivery teams while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership mindset, and the potential to grow into a broader techno-business leadership role within AB InBev.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading reporting transformation, workflow automation, dashboarding, or process digitization initiatives in business environments.
- Exposure to enterprise application integration, APIs, cloud platforms, solution architecture, or modern engineering practices.

Day in the Life
A typical day in this role combines business engagement, solution design, hands-on development, global alignment, and delivery leadership. The person in this role is expected to move fluidly between understanding business needs, shaping scalable solutions, and ensuring disciplined execution with internal and external teams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define a clear problem statement, clarify desired outcomes, and translate business needs into a solution approach grounded in strong architecture thinking.
- Create solution designs that balance business value, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Stay hands-on by developing prototypes, proofs of concept, or complete solutions directly in cases where the scope is smaller or speed is critical.
- Collaborate with AB InBev global teams to ensure solutions align with ABI frameworks, platform standards, and enterprise ways of working.
- Partner with vendor teams to build and scale solutions in accordance with leading industry practices, strong engineering discipline, and expected quality standards.
- Ensure solutions are developed in line with cybersecurity requirements, AB InBev framework expectations, and applicable DevOps policies and controls.
- Coordinate across ABI global teams to review, manage, and govern the end-to-end solution lifecycle from idea through delivery and scale-up.
- Act as the bridge between business, internal technology teams, and external partners to make sure solutions are practical, compliant, scalable, and impactful.
