Preliminary assessment of pump systems across the industries before execution of field audit.
Plan measurement method and execute field measurement campaigns for pump systems
Maintain data base for the orders processed and business generated.
Process and validate field data using industry-standard software.
Perform hydraulic calculation to define actual pump system efficiency.
Calculation of current energy demand and CO2 emission based on actual performance.
Support Zos / Bos for enquiry generation.
KSB Guard
Increase activation / Installation of KSB Guards within PAN India..
Installation support and training to customers and Internal team Members about KSB Guard.
To showcase business development with the help of KSB Guard. .
Co-ordination with KSB SE for latest update and its implementation in India.
Vibration Troubleshooting
Responsible for troubleshooting both contact and non-contact vibration complaints related to centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, motors, and other rotating machinery from customer site across the India or global sites and interplant sites.
Conduct root cause analysis on vibration data received from various customers sites related to vibration issues and offer solutions for improving equipment reliability and performance
Perform single plane and two plane in-situ balancing of rotating machinery (centrifugal pumps, motors, etc.) on-site to correct rotor imbalance and reduce vibration.
Responsible for troubleshooting performance complaint received from various sites related to high power consumption, low head, insufficient flow, cavitation, etc .
Preparation of project specific site performance test procedure.
Carry out the performance Guaranty Test as per approved QCP/Test Procedure at site and Plant For KSB/NON-KSB pumps.
Requirement Profile
Formal education: BE Mechanical / M Tech.
Professional Experience
6 to 10 years in pump systems audits, rotating equipment diagnostics, or reliability engineering with demonstrated field measurement experience.
Defined Competencies
Must have Deep knowledge of pump hydraulics, performance calculation, NPSH, system curves, cavitation, and rotating machinery dynamics.
Proficiency with FFT analysers, data collectors, condition monitoring software
Managerial ability to handle a team
Communication and networking ability
Teamwork
Through Knowledge of rotating equipment. Pump knowledge will be an added advantage
