Manager I - Culture Operations

Details Core Areas: HR Functions, Employee Relations, Hiring & onboarding.

Experience in warehouse startups will be an advantage

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience HR operations Or HRBP roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

● Address employee concerns and grievances, and work to resolve disputes in a fair and equitable manner.

● Promote positive employee relations, open communication, and a healthy work environment.

● Monitor employee performance and conduct performance reviews.

Training and Development:

● Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Dark store employees.

● Identify opportunities for professional growth and career development.

Compliance and Policies:

● Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, timekeeping, and HR-related documentation.

Benefits and Compensation:

● Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits as needed.

● Manage compensation structures and annual salary reviews.

Health and Safety:

● Collaborate with safety officers to ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety.

● Investigate and report workplace accidents or incidents as needed.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

● Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and events.

● Encourage teamwork and camaraderie among Dark store employees.

Reporting and Analytics:

● Prepare and present HR-related reports and data to senior management as needed.

● Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

● Curious, eager learners who take ownership and treat Zepto like their own venture.

● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

● Proven HR experience, preferably in SCM or logistics operations.

● Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR systems.

● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

● Well-organized with strong time management.

● Proficient in MS Excel.
