Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Operations Administration located in Sewri, Mumbai. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient planning and execution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and administrative systems, managing vendor relationships, coordinating statutory compliance matters, and supporting operational requirements of the company's publications, events, and day-to-day office activities.
The role requires a person who is organized, disciplined, proactive, and capable of dealing with government offices, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
Qualifications
Graduate in Administration, Commerce, or Management
At least 10 years experience in office administration
Experience dealing with government departments and compliance matters
Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills
Good communication skills and ability to interact with vendors, authorities, and staff
Proficient in MS Office and basic office management systems
Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
