MANAGER , Operations Analytics
In This Role, You Will
- Ability to convert business problem to an analytical problem. Guide a small team of individuals to provide solution to the analytical problem for multiple businesses/region
- Identify business problems/new opportunities to drive higher business value. Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex analytical problems
- End to end project management & hands on delivery when required.Providing high-quality analysis and strategy recommendations to business problems.
- Manage delivery within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards. Also drive business benefit through self-initiated projects.Work closely with each business area in order to deliver specific solutions for each businesses bottom-line.
- Lead analytical projects and/or statistical models to include project design, data collection, database design, analysis and presentation of results.
- Closely interact with fraud analytic teams to develop model monitoring capabilities for all fraud models & Develop forecasting models and framework to improve forecast accuracy by incorporating historical trends, new drivers and ongoing enhancement to models
- Establish quality standards in terms of timeliness of the projects and accuracy of the deliverables & Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a group. Ability to be flexible and productive in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams.
To Be Successful, You Will
- Graduate or Post graduate degree in quantitative disciplines (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Management Science) preferable
- Background and experience in Workforce management, Capacity Planning and Operation analytics domain with 2-5 years of relevant analytical experience
- Strong programming knowledge of SAS, SQL R/Python, 2 out of these is must & Strong planning, Time management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge on Statistical Analysis concepts and application & Must be a self-starter and will be required to work under minimal supervision, but with firm deadlines.
- Ability to confidently interact with senior management and communicate and synthesize information in a simple form & Besides strong written and verbal communication skills the incumbent is also expected to have strong presentation skills.
