Online Reputation Manager (Manager - Online Reputation Management) — On-site, India
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute a proactive online reputation strategy across search engines, review platforms, social channels, forums, and employer-review sites to improve sentiment and search visibility.
- Continuously monitor brand mentions using social listening tools, triage issues, and lead rapid-response workflows—coordinate with PR, Legal, Student Success, and Operations to resolve incidents.
- Manage the review lifecycle: solicit genuine positive reviews, respond to feedback professionally, and drive remediation with internal teams to reduce negative escalations.
- Create and optimize SEO-focused owned content (help center articles, landing pages, blog posts, social content) to suppress negative search results and promote authoritative assets.
- Define and track reputation KPIs (sentiment, average review score, volume of negative mentions, search ranking improvements) and deliver regular insights and action plans to leadership.
- Own vendor and agency relationships for monitoring, review-platform management, and digital PR; develop playbooks and training for cross-functional teams on reputation best practices.
