Role Overview
The Manager on Duty (MOD) / Night Supervisor will oversee all hospital operations during evening or night shifts, ensuring continuity of services, patient care, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor hospital operations, patient admissions, and emergency handling.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments for service delivery.
- Ensure safety, security, and proper documentation during the shift.
- Address patient complaints and escalate critical issues to management.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing activities and incidents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Hospital Administration or relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in hospital operations or administration.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis-handling skills.
