Manager - OMS Developer

Design, build, and maintain custom services, pipelines, and API integrations for Croma's IBM Sterling OMS, covering order orchestration, returns processing, and multi-system integration debugging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Develop custom IBM Sterling OMS services: APIs, agents, pipeline configurations, and condition trees

▸ Build and maintain integration pipelines connecting OMS to WMS, SAP ERP, payment gateways, and carriers

▸ Debug and resolve OMS integration issues: queue failures, message processing errors, and inventory sync

▸ Develop new OMS capabilities for channel onboarding, returns processing, and split shipments ▸ Implement and maintain OMS integration monitoring, alerting, and logging for all interface touchpoints

▸ Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities for OMS changes

REQUIRED SKILLS

▸ 4+ years Java development; hands-on IBM Sterling OMS development experience strongly preferred

▸ Proficiency in IBM Sterling OMS development: custom APIs, agents, services, and pipeline configuration

▸ Strong Java / J2EE skills for building and debugging Sterling custom services

▸ Experience debugging OMS message queues (IBM MQ / JMS), integration pipelines, and API failures

▸ Strong SQL skills for OMS data debugging, order reconciliation, and operational reporting

GOOD TO HAVE

– Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Configurator and Business Process Modeller

– Experience with Azure Service Bus or Kafka for event-driven OMS integration patterns

– Knowledge of omnichannel retail scenarios: BOPIS, ship-from store, and last-mile carrier integrations
