Campaign Ideation & Conceptualization
o Develop experiential and engaging campaign concepts for clients across multiple sectors.
o Translate client briefs into innovative BTL strategies that leave lasting impressions on consumers.
o Incorporate insights from consumer behaviour, culture, and local trends into campaign design.
Strategic Planning
o Craft end-to-end campaign roadmaps covering ideation, execution, consumer engagement, and ROI measurement.
o Identify innovative formats for activations, branding, and interactive experiences that stand out in crowded markets.
o Write compelling creative strategies and rationales that sell big ideas.
o Build frameworks for creating scalable and repeatable campaign IPs.
Creative Collaboration
o Partner with creative and design teams to visualize and storyboard campaign concepts.
o Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to ensure concepts are feasible, cost-effective, and executable on ground.
o Act as creative guardian of the idea throughout the project/campaign lifecycle.
o Work with digital/social teams to amplify offline activations into online buzz.
Client Engagement
o Work with business development/client servicing teams to pitch campaign strategies to clients.
o Present creative decks, clearly articulating the big idea, consumer journey, and value proposition.
o Proactively suggest new campaign ideas to existing clients to increase engagement and business share.
o Work with internal teams to build post-campaign reports, case studies and PR-worthy stories.
Research & Insights
o Stay updated on BTL, experiential, and cultural trends to fuel fresh concepts.
o Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to identify unique opportunities.
o Analyze post-campaign reports and learnings to improve future strategy.
