Manager – Offline Academics role based out of Bhopal.
Role Overview
The role involves managing and strengthening the academic operations of offline centers across India spanning multiple domains including:
- Law
- Judiciary
- Design
- Management
Key Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing academic functioning across offline centers
- Ensuring consistency and quality in academic delivery
- Identifying gaps in academic processes and operational workflows
- Building smoother, more efficient, and scalable academic systems
- Coordinating closely with center teams and academic stakeholders to drive execution excellence
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are preferably looking for:
- An aptitude trainer from CLAT/CAT/IPMAT background with 2–4 years of experience
- Someone looking to transition into a non-teaching academic management role
- Strong aptitude for academic operations, coordination, problem-solving, and process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across diverse academic verticals
- Willingness to work from Bhopal
