What this role is about
We're hiring front-end dealmakers who can independently originate, advise, and close high-value commercial real estate transactions.
This is not a typical leasing or sales role.
You will own client relationships, lead high-stakes conversations, and drive transactions across leasing, investments, and capital.
What you'll do
- Drive 10–50 Cr+ transactions across office, retail, and commercial assets
- Own the entire deal lifecycle: sourcing advisory negotiation closure
- Lead client meetings, pitches, and negotiations independently
- Build relationships with HNI / UHNI clients, occupiers, and investors
- Originate new opportunities via networks, referrals, and market outreach
- Provide strategic input on pricing, market trends, and asset positioning
What we're looking for
- 3–7 years in:
- Commercial real estate (transactions / leasing / investments)
- OR Wealth / investment advisory
- OR High-value B2B consultative sales
- Proven experience in closing deals or driving transactions
- Strong ability to handle client-facing, high-value conversations
- High ownership, strong commercial thinking, and execution drive
This role is NOT for
- Backend / coordination profiles
- Relationship managers without deal ownership
- Transactional / volume-driven sales roles
