Manager - Offer creation Project Management

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead ETO (Engineer-to-Order) cooling product project management activities, ensuring effective planning, costing, and on-time delivery.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business Development, FO, Material Planning) to ensure no shortages and timely project progression.
3. Review and update project schedules, ensuring timely updates in PDM and Oracle data.
4. Manage the pre-pilot and post-pilot production handovers to ensure smooth transitions to mass production.

Key Deliverables:

1. Accurate unit costing for ETO project inquiries based on tender analysis.
2. On-time pilot production and handover to mass production.
3. Timely project schedule updates and communication with cross-functional teams.
4. Effective material planning to avoid shortages for pilot production.
