As Manager of Team, you will provide technical and people leadership for MyDHL+. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of more than 15 professionals, establish clear direction, and create an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.

You will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership, stakeholder management, and very good communication skills. You will guide architecture and engineering decisions, lead large-scale and complex projects, and identify practical opportunities to apply artificial intelligence responsibly across engineering, delivery, operations, and customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with business, product, architecture, security, operations, and delivery teams across regions, while managing scope, dependencies, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Must Have

• Minimum four years of people-leadership experience, including direct responsibility for a multidisciplinary team of at least 15 professionals.
• Proven ability to coach and develop employees, manage performance, support career progression, strengthen engagement and retention, lead recruitment and workforce planning, and build succession plans and future leaders.
• Strong technical knowledge with proven experience translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Proven project management skills covering scope, planning, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and delivery across multiple teams or regions.
• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (Gen/Agentic AI), including enterprise use cases, limitations, governance, and responsible adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in a multinational environment.
• Willingness to undertake minimal business travel, as required.

• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology modernization, digital transformation, or AI-enabled change programs.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and collaborating across cultures, time zones, and organizational boundaries.
• Relevant certifications in technology, leadership, project management, agile delivery, or artificial intelligence.
