Job Summary
leads products from idea to launch, focusing on strategy, project management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure products meet market needs, quality standards, and business goals, handling everything from involving close collaboration with CSD, operations, and sales.
Key Job Responsibilities
Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Project Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and required modifications.
Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and finalize product designs to facilitate mass production.
Responsible to assure customer satisfaction needs are met - lead time, on-time delivery, quality of product
Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates
Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 10 12 years of experience
- BE in Mechanical with 12 years experience
- In-depth knowledge on production processes, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing.
- Proven experience in product development, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Effective communication with shopfloor employees and cross-functional departments to coordinate new product development activities.
